Fire Log Pose (Right) (Agnistambhasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (52)


Instructions:
  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your right knee and place your right ankle on top of your left knee.
  3. Bend your left knee and slide your left foot under your right knee, stacking your shins.
  4. Keep your feet flexed to protect your knees.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, maintaining a long spine.
