There’s a reason you tend to default to the same emotion when you get stressed. It lies in your underlying energy - the energy that’s at the very core of who you are.
 
Each one of us resonates primarily with one of five elements (or energy signatures) that when identified can give you profound insight into your behaviors, emotions, and even your physical health. They were mapped long ago and have become a central component of the Eden Method - Donna Eden’s framework for understanding our bodies and our world.
 
Donna has developed exercises to help calm these 5 default stress emotions. What better way to learn and practice them than with a little 5-Day Challenge. That way we can all empower ourselves with tools to keep us centered and balanced when stress strikes!
 
For 5 days, we will post the same routine to walk you through 5 exercises that will soothe and calm the emotions associated with each element. The elements are Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal.
 
Water's Emotion is Fear.
Wood's Emotions is Anger.
Fire's Emotion is Panic.
Earth's Emotion is Worry.
Metal's Emotion is Grief.
