Chair Pose Twist Left - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (21)


Instructions:
  1. From Chair Pose, bring your palms together at your chest.
  2. Exhale and twist to the left, bringing your right elbow to the outside of your left knee.
  3. Keep your hips square and your spine long.
  4. Hold for 5-10 breaths, deepening the twist with each exhale.
