Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) Left Side - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (23)


Instructions:
  1. Start in a wide-legged stance with your feet about 3-4 feet apart.
  2. Turn your left foot out 90 degrees and your right foot slightly in.
  3. Inhale and extend your arms parallel to the ground.
  4. Exhale and reach your left hand forward, then down to your shin, ankle, or the floor.
  5. Extend your right arm towards the ceiling and gaze up at your right hand.
  6. Hold for 5-10 breaths, feeling the stretch along your side body.
