Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) Right Side - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (24)


Instructions:
  1. Start in a wide-legged stance with your feet about 3-4 feet apart.
  2. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot slightly in.
  3. Inhale and extend your arms parallel to the ground.
  4. Exhale and reach your right hand forward, then down to your shin, ankle, or the floor.
  5. Extend your left arm towards the ceiling and gaze up at your left hand.
  6. Hold for 5-10 breaths, feeling the stretch along your side body.
