Instructions:
  1. Start in Warrior I with your left leg forward.
  2. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest.
  3. Exhale and twist your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow to the outside of your left knee.
  4. Press your hands together to deepen the twist, keeping your hips square and your back leg strong.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, maintaining a long spine.
