Eagle Pose (Left) (Garudasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (46)


Instructions:
  1. Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana).
  2. Bend your knees slightly and lift your left foot, wrapping it around your right leg.
  3. Cross your right arm over your left arm at the elbows and bring your palms together.
  4. Sit back as if sitting in a chair and hold for 5-10 breaths, keeping your gaze steady.
