Eagle Pose (Right) (Garudasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (47)


Instructions:
  1. Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana).
  2. Bend your knees slightly and lift your right foot, wrapping it around your left leg.
  3. Cross your left arm over your right arm at the elbows and bring your palms together.
  4. Sit back as if sitting in a chair and hold for 5-10 breaths, keeping your gaze steady.
