Three-Legged Dog (Left) (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana) - Yoga Workout (42)


Instructions:
  1. Start in Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
  2. Inhale and lift your left leg towards the ceiling, keeping your hips square.
  3. Engage your core and reach through your left heel.
  4. Hold for 5-10 breaths, maintaining balance and strength.
