Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) Left Side - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (44)


Instructions:
  1. Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana).
  2. Shift your weight onto your left foot and lift your right foot off the ground.
  3. Place the sole of your right foot on your inner left thigh, calf, or ankle (avoid the knee joint).
  4. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest or extend them overhead.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, focusing on a point in front of you to maintain balance.
