Fire Log Pose (Left) (Agnistambhasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (51)


Instructions:
  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your left knee and place your left ankle on top of your right knee.
  3. Bend your right knee and slide your right foot under your left knee, stacking your shins.
  4. Keep your feet flexed to protect your knees.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, maintaining a long spine.
