Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana) - Yoga Workout (64)


Instructions:
  1. Lie on your back and bring your knees toward your chest.
  2. Grab the outsides of your feet with your hands, keeping your arms on the inside of your knees.
  3. Gently pull your feet down toward the floor, allowing your knees to come closer to your armpits.
  4. Keep your back flat on the mat and hold for 5-10 breaths.
