Laying Twist (Left) (Supta Matsyendrasana) - Yoga Workout (65)


Instructions:
  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your right knee and place your right foot on the outside of your left knee.
  3. Extend your right arm out to the side and use your left hand to gently guide your right knee across your body toward the floor.
  4. Keep your shoulders flat on the mat and gaze toward your right hand.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, feeling the twist along your spine.
