Laying Twist (Right) (Supta Matsyendrasana) - Yoga Workout (66)


Instructions:
  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your left knee and place your left foot on the outside of your right knee.
  3. Extend your left arm out to the side and use your right hand to gently guide your left knee across your body toward the floor.
  4. Keep your shoulders flat on the mat and gaze toward your left hand.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, feeling the twist along your spine.
