Seated Twist (Right) (Ardha Matsyendrasana) - Yoga Workout (54)


Instructions:
  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your right knee and place your right foot on the outside of your left thigh.
  3. Bend your left knee, bringing your left heel toward your right hip.
  4. Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale and twist to the right, placing your left elbow on the outside of your right knee.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths, deepening the twist with each exhale.
