Shavasana (Corpse Pose) - Yoga Workout (67)


Instructions:
  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms resting at your sides, palms facing up.
  2. Allow your feet to fall open and relax completely.
  3. Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.
  4. Focus on relaxing every part of your body from your toes to your head.
  5. Stay in this pose for 5-10 minutes, allowing your body and mind to fully relax.
