Transition from Laying Down to Sitting Namaste - Yoga Workout (68)


Instructions:
  1. After completing Shavasana, slowly bring awareness back to your body by wiggling your fingers and toes.
  2. Gently roll onto your right side and pause for a moment in a fetal position.
  3. Use your hands to help you slowly sit up, coming into a comfortable seated position.
  4. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest.
  5. Take a moment to reflect on your practice and express gratitude for the journey.
  6. Close your practice by saying "Namaste."
