Humble Warrior (Left) (Baddha Virabhadrasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (35)


Instructions:
  1. Start in Warrior I with your left leg forward.
  2. Interlace your fingers behind your back.
  3. Inhale and open your chest, lifting your interlaced hands.
  4. Exhale and hinge at your hips, bringing your torso inside your left thigh and your head toward the ground.
  5. Keep your back leg strong and hold for 5-10 breaths.
