Prayer Twist (Left) (Parivrtta Utkatasana) - Beginners Hatha Yoga Workout (37)


Instructions:
  1. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest.
  2. Exhale and twist your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow to the outside of your left knee.
  3. Press your hands together to deepen the twist, keeping your knees aligned.
  4. Hold for 5-10 breaths, maintaining a long spine.
